Product Warranty Information

Orbelle Trading Company offers a limited warranty, to cover workmanship. The warranty is seldom used for any issues related to workmanship, but it’s very comforting to know that it is available. All of the Orbelle comes with a 15 day limited warranty on any manufacturing defects.

If your item contains manufacturing defects, please contact us returns@bunglecribs.com within 15 days of purchase to file a warranty claim.

The Orbelle product warranty provides a warranty against all defects in workmanship and materials resulting from manufacturing, from the date of the original purchase. This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any part of the product that, in Orbelle opinion, is defective in materials or workmanship. All warranties are for the original owner only. Product cannot be returned, after 15 days from date of purchase.

During the warranty period, Orbelle will repair or provide parts. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover damages or product abuses.

Repairs or modifications made by an unauthorized 3rd party will void the warranty.

Failure to follow the instruction manual or improper use of the product will void the warranty.

Damages

Please inspect your package for damages and take photos of all damages. If there is damage done by the carrier, a claim must be submitted to the carrier within 15 days of date of purchase. Contact us to file a claim at returns@bunglecribs.com. You must include photos of any damages in your claim to be considered for a replacement or repairs.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Order Processing and Shipment:

Our suppliers are located in Texas, Florida, Georgia, California, Montana, North Carolina and New York. All of our furniture is shipped supplier-direct to the buyer. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-4 business days from the date of your order. We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL for larger freight. ETA times can vary depending on the carrier. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@bunglecribs.com or our online chat, available 24/7.

Standard Shipping Options

Shipping is ALWAYS free to US destinations (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Canadian orders, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. We do not ship to international destinations.

Other Delivery Options

We offer White Glove service for orders weighing over 150 lb.'s (LTL freight), including product setup and assembly at your request at an additional cost (depending on level of service). Delivery options available to you:

1. Curbside (Liftgate) - Carrier will lower your shipment to the ground - FREE

2. Threshold - First Dry Area (Garage/Covered Porch) *Not Inside Delivery - FREE

3. Room of Choice - Delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) - $150

4. Package Removal - Delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) + Package Removal - $175

5. Assembly - Delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) + Package Removal + Light Assembly - $200

Shipping Insurance & a piece of mind

Your items are fully insured from the time it leaves our warehouse to arrival at your home or business. This gives you the assurance you that if your item is damage while in transit, the cost to replace is fully covered by us at no cost to you.

Damages

Please note that the recipient must open and inspect the contents of all boxes immediately upon arrival to report any damages or defects. Take pictures of all damages. For items that are shipped via freight carrier, you must inspect the item on site and note any defects on the bill of lading when signing off on delivery. Any claims for damages need to be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order. Because your item is insured by us, your claim will generally be processed immediately and a replacement item will be sent out to you.

Should you need to return your merchandise, please first review our return policy. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. Please do not refuse the delivery of any non-damaged shipment as this may result in additional restocking fees, the loss of the product, and may void any possibility of a refund. Refused deliveries will incur the roundtrip shipping costs.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All returns must be requested within 60 business days from the date of purchase. A Return Authorization number is required. Contact us to receive a Return Authorization number.

Return Policy

Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in Acme’s Original Boxes without any writing on the box. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 60 days. After 60 days there is no service agreement. No Exception.
Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise with a copy of an invoice. Please e-mail or mail to: returns@bunglecribs.com
We will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise.
There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items. (Call for details).
Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the freight carrier. Before signing the freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages. (Please make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages).
All returned shipments must include Return Authorization number and original invoice.
No cash refunds. Exchange and credit only.
For all damage claims, please have the original invoice and Return Authorization number.

Remorse

We do not accept returns due to customer remorse or aesthetic dissatisfaction.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.
