Order Processing and Shipment:
Our suppliers are located in Texas, Florida, Georgia, California, Montana, North Carolina and New York. All of our furniture is shipped supplier-direct to the buyer. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-4 business days from the date of your order. We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL for larger freight. ETA times can vary depending on the carrier. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@bunglecribs.com or our online chat, available 24/7.
Standard Shipping Options
Shipping is ALWAYS free to US destinations (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Canadian orders, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. We do not ship to international destinations.
Other Delivery Options
We offer White Glove service for orders weighing over 150 lb.'s (LTL freight), including product setup and assembly at your request at an additional cost (depending on level of service). Delivery options available to you:
1. Curbside (Liftgate) - Carrier will lower your shipment to the ground - FREE
2. Threshold - First Dry Area (Garage/Covered Porch) *Not Inside Delivery - FREE
3. Room of Choice - Delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) - $150
4. Package Removal - Delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) + Package Removal - $175
5. Assembly - Delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) + Package Removal + Light Assembly - $200
Shipping Insurance & a piece of mind
Your items are fully insured from the time it leaves our warehouse to arrival at your home or business. This gives you the assurance you that if your item is damage while in transit, the cost to replace is fully covered by us at no cost to you.
Damages
Please note that the recipient must open and inspect the contents of all boxes immediately upon arrival to report any damages or defects. Take pictures of all damages. For items that are shipped via freight carrier, you must inspect the item on site and note any defects on the bill of lading when signing off on delivery. Any claims for damages need to be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order. Because your item is insured by us, your claim will generally be processed immediately and a replacement item will be sent out to you.
Should you need to return your merchandise, please first review our return policy. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. Please do not refuse the delivery of any non-damaged shipment as this may result in additional restocking fees, the loss of the product, and may void any possibility of a refund. Refused deliveries will incur the roundtrip shipping costs.

All returns must be requested within 60 business days from the date of purchase. A Return Authorization number is required. Contact us to receive a Return Authorization number.

If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.
