This plan provides added protection beyond the original manufacturer’s warranty and helps cover everyday accidents, unexpected damage, and product issues that can occur during normal home use.

What This Plan Covers

Manufacturer Defects

If your product experiences a defect in materials or workmanship that causes it to malfunction after the original manufacturer’s warranty expires, this plan helps protect you.

Accidental Damage

Because babies and toddlers explore everything.

This includes protection for unexpected and unintentional damage such as:

Drops or falls

Impacts or breakage

Child-related accidents during normal household use

Wear and Tear

Covers gradual deterioration that occurs with everyday use over time, including:

Fading

Scratches

Material breakdown that affects product function

Spills or Stains

This plan helps protect against:

Loss or Theft

If your product is lost, misplaced, or stolen, this plan helps reduce the stress by offering replacement coverage, subject to claim verification and plan terms.

Delivery Protection

Includes protection for damage that may occur during delivery, so your purchase arrives with peace of mind from day one.

Coverage Period

Coverage lasts for two (2) years from the original delivery date.

This plan applies to eligible products purchased directly from Bungle Nursery Cribs and is valid for the original purchaser only.

If Something Happens

If an issue occurs during your coverage period, we’re here to help.

Depending on the situation, Bungle Nursery Cribs may, at our discretion:

Repair the product

Replace it with the same or a comparable item

Provide store credit or refund up to the original purchase price

Our goal is always to find the best and fairest solution for your family.

The Bungle Nursery Cribs 2-Year Nursery Protection Plan is provided by Bungle Nursery Cribs to the original purchaser.

This plan is not an insurance policy.

Coverage applies during normal residential use and does not replace the original manufacturer’s warranty — it extends protection after that warranty expires.

What Is Not Covered

This plan does not cover:

Intentional damage

Misuse, abuse, or neglect

Improper assembly or installation

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Commercial or rental use

Natural disasters or events outside normal household use

Products not purchased directly from Bungle Nursery Cribs

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Coverage will not exceed the original purchase price of the product

Bungle Nursery Cribs is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages

Some state laws may provide additional rights.

Implied Warranties

Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this 2-Year Nursery Protection Plan where permitted by law.

State Law Rights

This plan gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by state.

Nothing in this plan limits consumer rights provided under applicable law.

Governing Law

This plan is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the customer resides.

Changes to the Plan

Bungle Nursery Cribs may update or discontinue this plan in the future. Any plans purchased prior to changes will remain active for the full coverage term
