Standard Shipping

Qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous United States receive FREE standard shipping.

Most furniture orders are fulfilled directly from our authorized suppliers to your home. Delivery times may vary by product, destination, carrier, and availability.

Large Furniture & Oversized Items

Larger furniture, Complete Nursery Room Setups, and other oversized products may ship by LTL freight or another specialized carrier. These shipments may have different delivery timelines and service options than standard parcel shipments.

White Glove Delivery

Qualifying large furniture and Nursery Room Packages may be eligible for enhanced delivery services, including in-home delivery and assembly. Available service levels and pricing depend on the product, carrier, destination, and order.

Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking is generally sent within 24 hours of shipment.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Products must be new, unused, and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Some products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Eligibility and applicable fees are determined after the return request is reviewed.

How to Start a Return

Contact our team before sending any product back. An approved Return Authorization (RA) is required before a return can be shipped.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions. Please do not ship a return without receiving authorization first.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns may be eligible for a monetary refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances and applicable return terms.

Exchanges may be available for eligible products and are subject to product availability and approval.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.

If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date, we will refund the difference as well.

How to Request a Price Match

To request your partial refund, simply email us a link to the same product on our website or on our competitor's website within six months from the date of your order. We will review the request and process the applicable credit accordingly.
