The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects under normal household use and is subject to Oxford Baby's complete warranty terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations.

Manufacturer Warranty

Oxford Baby provides a one-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase for qualifying manufacturing defects under normal household use. The warranty is non-transferable. Keep your original receipt or proof of purchase for warranty service.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, abnormal use, accidents, commercial use, normal wear and tear, abuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications, improper handling after receipt, or exposure to weather.

Normal wear and tear may include burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage. Unauthorized modifications may void the warranty.
