Your Soho Baby Cascade 4-in-1 Convertible Crib is backed by a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of original purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal household use. The warranty is non-transferable, and customers should retain their original receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover negligence, misuse, abnormal use, accidents, commercial use, abuse, or normal wear and tear, including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage. Improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications, improper handling after receipt, and exposure to weather are also excluded. Unauthorized modifications to the product may void the warranty.
