Warranty & Product Care

Soho Baby offers a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of original purchase covering manufacturing defects under normal household use. The warranty is non-transferable, and the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase should be retained for warranty service.

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, abnormal use, accidents, commercial use, abuse, or normal wear and tear. It also excludes damage caused by improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications, improper handling after receipt, weather exposure, or alterations to the product's finish, design, or hardware.

Any product modification not authorized by Soho Baby will void the warranty. The manufacturer's warranty also does not apply to merchandise sold as clearance, floor samples, or final sale, or to merchandise purchased from an unauthorized reseller.

If your item was purchased through a registry, Soho Baby recommends obtaining a copy of the original purchaser's receipt. For delivery-related damage, take clear photographs of damaged boxes or pallet conditions before signing for or refusing delivery.
