Manufacturer Warranty

Soho Baby offers a one-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of original purchase covering manufacturing defects under normal household use. This warranty is non-transferable. Please retain your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, abnormal use, accidents, commercial use, abuse, or normal wear and tear, including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.

Improper cleaning, including the use of detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents, is not covered. Alterations to the finish, design, or hardware, improper handling after receipt, exposure to weather, or unauthorized modifications may also void the warranty.

Keep Your Proof of Purchase

Please retain your original receipt or proof of purchase for warranty service. If your item was purchased through a registry, ask the original purchaser for a copy of the receipt.

Delivery Damage

Please take clear photographs of damaged boxes or pallet conditions before signing for the shipment. If the shipment is visibly damaged, document the condition before accepting or refusing delivery.

Furniture Care

Dust the dresser regularly with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. For more thorough cleaning, use a soft lint-free cloth lightly dampened with mild detergent and warm water, then dry the surface thoroughly. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the furniture.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, commercial waxes, and polishes containing silicone or wax. Protect the furniture from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, extreme temperature changes, and heating or air-conditioning vents.

When using a changing pad on the dresser, use a protective cloth underneath the pad to help protect the furniture finish from scratches or discoloration. Wipe up spills promptly and avoid placing plastic materials directly on the furniture surface.
