Your Soho Baby Mystic 4-in-1 Convertible Crib is backed by a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of original purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects when the product is used under normal household conditions.
Manufacturer Warranty
Soho Baby's one-year limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal household use. The warranty is non-transferable, and the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase should be retained for warranty service.
The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, abnormal use, accidents, commercial use, abuse, or normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.
The warranty also does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, including the use of detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents; alterations to the product's finish, design, or hardware; improper handling after receipt; or exposure to weather.
Any product modification not authorized by Soho Baby will void the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
The Soho Baby manufacturer's warranty does not apply to merchandise sold as clearance, floor samples, or final sale, or to merchandise purchased from an unauthorized reseller.
