Soho Baby's one-year limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal household use. The warranty is non-transferable, and the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase should be retained for warranty service.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, abnormal use, accidents, commercial use, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

This includes, but is not limited to, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty also does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, including the use of detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents; alterations to the product's finish, design, or hardware; improper handling after receipt; or exposure to weather.

Any modification to the product that has not been authorized by Soho Baby will void the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The Soho Baby manufacturer's warranty does not apply to merchandise sold as clearance, floor samples, or final sale, or to merchandise purchased from an unauthorized reseller.

Soho Baby defines an unauthorized reseller as a person or entity that did not directly purchase the merchandise from Soho Baby.
