Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, abnormal use, accidents, commercial use, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

This includes, but is not limited to, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty also does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, including the use of detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents; alterations to the product's finish, design, or hardware; improper handling after receipt; or exposure to weather.

Any modification to the product that has not been authorized by Soho Baby will void the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The Soho Baby manufacturer's warranty does not apply to merchandise sold as clearance, floor samples, or final sale, or to merchandise purchased from an unauthorized reseller.

Soho Baby defines an unauthorized reseller as a person or entity that did not directly purchase the merchandise from Soho Baby.

Keep Your Proof of Purchase

Please retain your original receipt or proof of purchase for your Soho Baby product.

If your item was purchased through a baby registry, Soho Baby recommends obtaining a copy of the original purchaser's receipt.

For delivery-related damage, be sure to take clear photographs of any damaged boxes or pallet condition before signing for or refusing the delivery.
